Solar fuses are also photovoltaic fuses composed of the following components:
Shell: The main shell that accommodates terminals and components, currently mainly made of ceramic and fiberglass tubes.
Terminal: The conductive electrode of the fuse connected to the solar circuit, mainly made of copper
Fused sheet: Fine wires and molten sheets melted during overcurrent events, mainly made of silver sheets and silver wires.
Arc extinguishing: mainly quartz high silicon sand, used to eliminate explosion-proof and arc extinguishing in products
Overcurrent can cause components in solar fuses to break. This type of circuit breaker will open the circuit, preventing current from reaching the device connected to the fuse.
